Welcome to Karios Insight, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or products, including Market Brief, Live Setups, and Karios app access, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use your information.

1. Services Provided

Karios Insight provides Market Brief, Live Setups, and related research tools for educational and informational purposes only. Market Brief includes Market Bias research and, where included, Bias Options Alerts. Live Setups includes research for supported Underlying, Options, Futures, and Indices lanes.

We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of the data. Sentiment indicators are inherently interpretative, and past results are not predictive of future outcomes.

2. No Financial Advice — Legal Disclaimer

Our services do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

  • Karios Insight is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or tax consultant.
  • No content should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or instrument.
  • Users should perform independent analysis and consult licensed professionals before making financial decisions.

3. Subscription & Account Access

  • Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. We do not store full payment details.
  • Product access is granted after successful payment and entitlement processing for your authenticated account.
  • Your verified account email is used to link your Auth0 account, Stripe subscription, and product access.
  • Subscriptions are non-transferable. Shared access will result in revocation without refund.
  • We reserve the right to remove access at our discretion for terms violations or abuse.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not provide routine refunds once paid access is granted. We may review exceptional billing circumstances at our sole discretion.
  • You may cancel at any time; access remains valid through the current billing period.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours prior to renewal to avoid additional charges.
  • If a recurring payment enters a past-due state, access may remain available for one day from the failed payment while payment is recovered. Access may be suspended after that one-day grace period.

5. User Conduct & Restrictions

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Reproduce, resell, or distribute data or insights without permission.
  • Scrape, mine, or exploit our service through automation or unauthorized tools.
  • Use the platform to commit financial fraud or manipulate markets.
  • Violate any applicable U.S. or Florida laws.

Violation may result in termination without refund and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, data visualizations, models, and tools are owned by Karios Insight, LLC and protected by U.S. copyright law.

  • Do not copy, modify, or commercially exploit any content without express permission.
  • All trademarks and branding elements remain the property of Karios Insight, LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for trading losses, market timing errors, or misinterpretation of our research outputs.
  • We do not guarantee service uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.
  • You assume full responsibility for how you use our data or content.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal claims must be brought in a Florida court of appropriate jurisdiction.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes implies agreement with the revised Terms.

10. Account Identity & Access Recovery

Access is tied to the authenticated Karios account and verified email used for the subscription.

  • No alternate accounts or transfers are allowed.
  • If you lose access to your account, contact support. We will work with you to restore access where possible; in some circumstances a new subscription may be required.

11. Product Delivery & Notifications

Entitled research is delivered through the Karios app and may also be referenced from your Karios Insight dashboard. Publication schedules vary by product cadence and market session.

Browser push or email notifications are optional delivery aids. Delivery is not guaranteed, and you remain responsible for reviewing the app directly.
